Dream Painting LLC - Anti-Discrimination Policy

Our Promise to Everyone

At Dream Painting LLC, we believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness. This policy explains how we prevent discrimination and protect our employees, customers, and community members from unfair or harmful treatment. We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming workplace and service environment for everyone.

Our company follows all anti-discrimination laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). We do not allow offensive behavior such as hurtful comments about someone’s race, gender, or other personal characteristics.

Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to all Dream Painting LLC employees, contractors, customers, visitors, and anyone who works with our company.

What Is Discrimination?

Discrimination means treating someone unfairly because of who they are. We protect people based on these characteristics:

  • Race and ethnicity
  • Gender and gender identity
  • Sexual orientation
  • Age
  • Religion
  • Disability or medical history
  • Marriage or family status
  • Pregnancy and parenting status
  • National origin

Our Zero-Tolerance Approach

Dream Painting LLC does not tolerate discrimination or harassment in any form. We will not allow behavior that creates an uncomfortable or hostile environment for our team members or customers.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Making hiring or promotion decisions based on someone’s protected characteristics rather than their qualifications
  • Passing over qualified team members for advancement because of their race, gender, age, or other protected traits
  • Making inappropriate comments about someone’s appearance, background, or personal life
  • Sending messages or emails that mock or insult someone’s ethnicity, religion, or other characteristics
  • Treating customers differently because of their background or personal characteristics

Consequences for Discrimination

Team members who discriminate against others will face disciplinary action. Depending on how serious the situation is, this may include:

  • Coaching and additional training
  • Written warning
  • Suspension
  • Termination

We understand that sometimes people may act in discriminatory ways without realizing it. When this happens unintentionally, we will provide support through training and guidance. However, if someone refuses to change their behavior, we may need to end their employment.

We have zero tolerance for assault, sexual harassment, or workplace violence. Anyone who engages in these behaviors will be terminated immediately.
